I dont have a tremendous amount of experience in security but what we use are-

 

Email: We use Outlook + MS Compliance, MS Security
SIEM: QRadar

EDR: Crowdstrike

Impossible travel/suspicious logins/etc type of alerting platforms: We use Azure and Cloudapp Security (MS)

MDM/Asset mgmt: wish we had something...

IOT device mgmt: Medigate
